The 2013 My Conference Planner is designed to help conference attendees plan their conference experience in advance.  Inside you’ll find a schedule for the day, an At-A-Glance Planner to help you quickly find sessions of interest, and a detailed catalog with sessions descriptions and presenter requests.

Considerations to Make in Planning Your Conference Experience

Selecting Sessions

In keeping with conferences of this size and scope, advanced registration for sessions is simply not possible.  Conference attendees should therefore select a first and second choice for each concurrent session.

Seating for the majority of  sessions is limited to 30.    Exceptions include sessions scheduled in the auditorium, media center and Room C100.

While we have done our best to schedule repeat sessions of “hot topics”, do know that our presenters are conference attendees as well!  In most cases, sessions are available for repeat only once.

What to Bring 

Please be sure to read the session descriptions closely.  Many sessions require participants to bring a laptop or iPad for ‘hands-on” participation.
